What to do in case GPS device does not work as desired ?
We are providing the one year warranty for the device. You can contact to our support team in case device has some issue, our team will try to remotely diagnose the device. Still if in case the issue does not resolve then we will ask you to courier the same to us. Our team will check the device and if required we will send you a replacement.

What to do in case GPS device does not work after 1 year ?
You can contact to our support team in case device has some issue, our team will try to remotely diagnose the device. Still if in case the issue does not resolve then we will suggest you to purchase new device as device is covered under 1 year warranty period.

Can I extend the warranty on the GPS device ?
RAAHI GPS devices are covered under one year warranty. But if you want, you can extend the warranty on the device by another one year within next six months after the purchase date of the device.

Are there any recurring charges ?
RAAHI devices come with the free package of all services for one year. After one year you will have to renew your annual subscription of 1200/-INR.(For detailed explanation if renew plan and services covered under this plan please refer RENEW PLAN page)

What if I want to discontinue the service after one year ?
We are trying our best to keep our customers happy and provide them the solution as per International standards. If you are not happy with the GPS device or the device does not perform as per your expectation then don’t renew the annual subscription plan. We will not be able to take back the device or refund the device charges.

Is the device transferable ?
We don’t recommend that you transfer the device. However if you desire we can assist by clearing all you previous data and dues.
